Real Estate Photography Fees
Usage is short term and my pricing reflects it. Fees vary depending on square footage, number of images, scope of project, time in post production
Real Estate photography rates start at $195 for small local condos and Apt rentals.
2500 sf home: $350
4000 sf residence - $495
7500 sf estate - $950
More than 1.5hr drive each way? Add $100
Add a twilight shoot: starts at $150
Aerial video starts at $95, depending on scope of project i.e. length of video, time in post

Architectural & Commercial Photography
Usage is long term if not lifetime and is mission critical to represent your business and marketing strategy.
I shoot for architects, builders, contractors, restaurants, for interior designers, hotels, resorts, museums, sports facilities, offices, agriculture & farms etc. AirBnb.
I've shot assignments in Santa Barbara, Seattle, Denver, Los Angeles, La Jolla, San Francisco, Chicago and other areas.
Photographers Day Rate: $500
Price Per-Image: $100, 6 minimum. Per image fee is a % less per additional block of 6, or as needed on scale.
Post Production Fee: $250 per day, most require two days, larger projects more.
Many projects of this caliber require scouting, meetings and hours of pre-planning.
I need one to two full days on location, three to four days to complete and deliver. Weather is always a concern.

Product Photography
Photographers Day Rate: $400
$100 ea for 6 minimum. Per image fee is x% less per block of 6
Post Production Fee: $250 per day
Major product line photo shoots bill higher. Contact me for a quote.
Yacht Photography
Stills start at $9 per LOA
Video $150.
Fine Art Photography
